Why is there no ground turkey meat in Sweden? Why do Swedes only eat regular ground meat?
I do miss Costco a lot and especially their large boxes of spinach. Here you can only buy small bags of spinach (even if people here would classify them as large).
Everything here is smaller. I was chopping some green olives today and they were really tiny.
What happened to the Swedish post office? There used to be just one company that was the Swedish postal service, now there seems to be several different companies. It is all very confusing to us.
But I have also found several products I really love and things I used to pack in my suitcase when I lived in Alabama such as grains like Kuskakli ect. Here we also can get as much Kalles Kaviar (Swedish smoked roe) as we wish. We do not have to drive all the way to IKEA in Atlanta to get it.
Pros and cons with everything as always. In the lobby of my work building the company that sells microscopes, Leica, has put up this ad. I recognized the picture at once from Antelope Canyon where we where this summer on our road trip. Every time I pass it now I think about our great road trip.
Here is a picture of what the building where I work looks like. It is brand new. They are still working on finishing the first floor so it is still kind of a construction site.
It was really nice this morning when I biked to work but when it was time to bike back home it had started raining again. Just as soft drizzle but enough to make me all wet. When I came home I told C I wanted to fly back "home" again. It sucks biking in the rain even tough I love the possibility and freedom I have of being able to bike. But as usual there are again pros and cons. When I came home C hade invited over one of our friends, H, who had brought super yummi crawfish. They were really delish. So I had to remind myself that in Birmingham we were not able to do a dinner like this on a regular Tuesday.
